The Fornix Fabianus was a triumphal arch, erected in 121 BCE to celebrate the victory of Q. Fabius Allobrogicus over the Allobroges. It spanned the Via Sacra on the Forum Romanum, near the Regia.

The arch was restored in 56 BCE by the grandson of Fabius.

Some fragments of the dedicatory inscription were found in the 16th century but otherwise little is known about the arch.
